Life is short, live it. I know that feeling in the morning, you beg to sleep more. In the afternoon you're dying to sleep and at night you refuse to sleep. Life isn't about how many hours you sleep. Remember, you only need 8 hours to sleep, that's the maximum. Don't waste your life with only sleep. Wake up! Live your life! If you say sleep is the only way for you to live, just cut your life, you don't need to exist in this world. Have you ever think to have a job, get salary, buy what you want, travel around the world or else? Cherish your life, don't waste it.

Love is rare, grab it. You're afraid to love because it can hurt you. But some people not afraid to love, but they're afraid of not being loved back. Everything happens for a reason and for its best. If the person you love doesn't love you back,don't be afraid to love someone else. You'll never know unless you give it a try. If you feel lonely and really need someone to talk to, you need to find the right person. If you don't and okay to not fall in love, don't force yourself to get into relationship for ridiculous reasons such as "because my friends have their partner but I don't"? You may be not hurt but your partner will. In love, be honest and trust each other, that's the key to maintain your relationship.


Anger is bad, dump it. All you need to know, anger makes you look old, that's what my Mom always say to me. That's the reason why I always look cool eventho that time I really need to express my anger. Don't show your hot-tempered, it'll make your attitude worse. Tips when you get angry; breath in - breath out until you cool down / do things that can make you smile back, eat? or sleep :) otherwise your heart will be undercontrol and you'll get heart attack, who knows right. 


Fear is awful, face it. Yes, face it. You need to expose yourself to the fear, if you don't, you're coward. Take a moment to close your eyes and imagine a safety and calm place. It could be a picture of you walking on a beautiful beach or snuggled up in bed with the cat next to you or a happy memory! Let the positive feelings soothe you until you feel more relaxed. Sharing fears takes away a lot of their scariness, so share it with someone close to you. For me, I always watch k-dramas when I'm in fear because it can help me forget about all things. Fears tend to be much worse than reality. Whatever your fear,if you face it, it should start to fade.
